Education Background
Mr. Yang Bo graduated from Hubei University of Arts and Science with a major in Mechanical Design Manufacture and Automation (Bachelor) in 2004.
Practice and professional experience
Mr. Yang Bo worked in Foxconn Group, BYD Electronics and other large and medium-sized enterprises in design, project management and other related work from 2004 to 2012. Since 2012, he joined Shenzhen Refined Intellectual Property Office as a patent attorney, and during this period, he became one of the partners in 2021.
Mr. Yang Bo has accumulated rich experience related to product development through his work in enterprises, which facilitates his understanding of products and can fully explore the patent innovation points of products. He has received comprehensive and systematic training on patent law and patent drafting skills, and obtained patent attorney qualification. Mr. Yang Bo is familiar with domestic and foreign patent application, trademark application, copyright registration and examination process. He is mainly engaged in the drafting of patent application documents, OA reply, reexamination, invalidation, litigation, and trademark related work.
Mr. Yang Bo has rich experience in patent mining, investigation, drafting, reexamination, invalidation request, infringement determination and infringement litigation. During his engagement in intellectual property agency, he has represented a large number of patent applications, trademark registration and copyright registration cases, involving technical fields such as machinery, electronics and software.
