Ms. Zhang Qiuhong graduated from Zhengzhou University with a major in Chemistry (Bachelor) in 1990 and studied at Xi'an Jiaotong University with a major in MBA from 2001 to 2003.

Ms. Zhang Qiuhong specializes in registration, application and protection of patents, trademarks, copyrights and management and operation of intellectual property rights. And she also specializes in patent application in the technical fields of chemical industry, machinery, biomedicine, transportation, new energy, new materials, service industry, breeding industry, light industry and daily necessities.
Practice and professional experience
Ms. Zhang Qiuhong worked for the Zhengzhou Coal and Chemical Bureau and the Institute of Physics of the Henan Provincial Academy of Sciences in propaganda and research from 1990 to 1999. Then she joined Henan Xingtai Technology Co., Ltd. as the assistant to the general manager in 1999, engaged in project and intellectual property management, and during this period, she obtained the patent agent qualification in 2001.
From 2001 to 2007, Ms. Zhang Qiuhong worked as a patent attorney in Zhengzhou Zhongyuan Patent Office and Zhengzhou UNIQUE Patent Office. Then she worked as a manager of patent department and patent attorney in Shenzhen Standard Patent & Trademark Agent Ltd. from 2007 to 2012. Since 2012, Ms. Zhang Qiuhong worked at Shenzhen Refined Intellectual Property Office as a partner, patent attorney and associate researcher.
Ms. Zhang Qiuhong is one of the founders of Shenzhen Refined Intellectual Property Office. Since 2000, she has been engaged in patent, trademark registration application, software registrationand other intellectual property services. During her twenty years of practice, she has accumulated rich working experience and has successfully represented more than 3,000 Chinese patents, PCT applications, trademarks and computer software registrations, and also has rich experience in corporate patent strategy and patent reexamination and invalidation. As an IP lecturer in Shenzhen, or at the invitation of enterprises, Ms. Zhang has conducted 120 IP trainings for enterprises, industry associations, universities and colleges from 2007 to the present.
