Education Background
Mr. Lin Jianliang graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a major in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering (Bachelor) in 2001.
Practice and professional experience
Mr. Lin Jianliang worked as patent engineer in Shenzhen Foxconn Group from 2001 to 2003. Then he worked as a patent engineer in Shenzhen Longke Technology Co., Ltd. till 2004. From 2004 to 2012, he joined Shenzhen Standard Patent & Trademark Agent Ltd., and during this period, in 2008, he became one of the partners of the company. Since November 2012, he formally joined Shenzhen Refined Intellectual Property Office as one of the partners.
Mr. Lin Jianliang is one of the founders of Shenzhen Refined Intellectual Property Office. Since 2000, he has been engaged in patent application, trademark registration, software registration and other intellectual property services. So far, he has represented more than 4,000 patent applications, 2,000 trademark registrations and copyright registrations. Main clients: Guangdong Nuclear Power Group, One Man One Book, China Science and Technology Research Institute of Nuclear Power, Energy Environmental Protection Co.
In the first "Ten Excellent Invention Patent Application Documents" organized by Shenzhen Municipal Administration of Market Supervision and Shenzhen Futian District Science and Technology Bureau (Intellectual Property Office) and undertaken by Shenzhen Intellectual Property Research Association, Mr. Lin Jianliang won the Special Excellence Award in the field of mechanical drafting, and has participated in many patent infringement lawsuits, patent invalidation and review administrative litigation. He has been involved in many patent infringement lawsuits, patent invalidation and administrative lawsuits of reexamination, and successfully defended the rights and interests of his clients.
As a lecturer of intellectual property rights in Shenzhen, Mr. Lin Jianliang has conducted 100 sessions of intellectual property rights training for enterprises, industry associations, universities and colleges from 2007 to the present at the invitation of enterprises.
